In the case of very complex shapes and laminations, working with pre-preg composite fabrics may require special attention. In the “core” areas, the pressure exerted by the autoclave may not be enough for a perfect adhesion of the fabric to the desired shape.

To better manage even the most challenging components, Angeloni Group has developed IMP AS-01, a low-density, single-component structural syntactic epoxy adhesive paste, designed to provide continuity and adhesion between skins, even in difficult spot (bushings, honeycomb cores and joints). IMP AS-01 has been developed for use starting from 90°C.

The main characteristic of this paste, combined with its excellent price-performance ratio, is its ability to triple its volume as the temperature increases, pressing even where the vacuum bag would not be enough.

Thanks to this product, no project is too ambitious, and excellent results can be achieved, regardless of the desired shape.
