ANGELONI GROUP srl is a company specializing in advanced composite materials, headquartered in Quarto d’Altino (VE).
ANGELONI GROUP was founded in 2019 by the Belgian company Groupe ORCA with the aim of creating a new Italian hub in the composite materials industry by acquiring the companies G. Angeloni in Quarto d’Altino (VE), Industria Tessuti Tecnici (ITT) in Lesmo (MB), Dynanotex (Quarto d’Altino), and Impregnatex Compositi (Castano Primo, MI). These vertical activities were brought together under the new Angeloni Group.

Angeloni Group production sites are:
Production site in Quarto d’Altino: production of unidirectional fabrics, tapes, joints for construction, and composite material fabrics.
Lesmo site: design and production of reinforcement fabrics based on carbon fibers, aramid fibers, and glass fibers.
Castano Primo site: design and production of prepreg fabrics using carbon fibers, aramid fibers, and glass fibers with special thermosetting resin matrices, including epoxy and phenolic resins.
Today, Angeloni Group is part of the multinational Michelin, which acquired full ownership of the group in September 2023.

To achieve these growth objectives, it was considered appropriate to adopt a corporate organizational model in compliance with the UNI EN ISO 9001, UNI EN ISO 14001, and UNI EN ISO 45001 standards, suitable for managing all business processes, identifying critical issues, assessing associated risks (both internal and external), and identifying and managing actions to prevent or mitigate their consequences.
To strengthen its leadership in the market, Angeloni Group has set the following main objectives:

To achieve these objectives, the Management works and is committed to:

- Foster competence, awareness, and employee participation through training, coaching, supervision, and effective communication.
- Direct the company’s activities towards a proactive and preventive approach: the goal should be to prevent problems, not to correct them after they arise.

This policy is communicated both externally by publishing it on the company website and internally within the organization, with the constant objective of raising awareness among all company functions about its full understanding and implementation in compliance with current regulations and with the ultimate goal of focusing on the primary mission of our company: the complete satisfaction of customer requirements.
