2. Place of data processing

The processing operations connected to the web services of this website take place at the aforementioned headquarters of the Company and are handled only by technical personnel in charge of processing.

3. Type of data processed

3.1 Navigation data

5. Modalities of processing

Personal data are processed by automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.

Specific security measures are observed to prevent loss of data, unlawful or incorrect use and unauthorised access.

6. Transferring your information abroad

The natural persons to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of such data and to know their content and origin, to verify their accuracy or to request that they be supplemented or updated, or corrected (Articles 15-22 GDPR 2016/679 and applicable national legislation).

8. Right of Complaint

Data subjects who believe that the processing of personal data relating to them carried out through this website is in breach of the provisions of GDPR 2016/679 have the right to lodge a complaint with Angeloni Group Srl, as provided for in Article 77 of GDPR 2016/679 itself, or to take appropriate legal action (Article 79 of GDPR 2016/679).

The data provided will be stored in our archives according to the following parameters:

  • For any data provided voluntarily: until the service has been fulfilled (‘principle of retention limitation’, art.5 of the EU Regulation 2016/679) or in accordance with the deadlines laid down by Law. Checks on the obsolescence of stored data in relation to the purposes for which they were collected are carried out periodically.
  • For marketing purposes: 24 months.
